Jessica - Lean Six Sigma
Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Management from the United States Military Academy (West Point) prior to serving in the United States Army for five years and then pursuing a civilian career in 2013. During her military service, Jessica led teams supporting personnel operations and quickly became a trusted advisor to senior leadership. She continued her career in government as a project manager for Digital Management, leading video teleconference projects and operations across federal agencies. Jessica also supported veteran programs as a Program Analyst with X Corp Solutions prior to joining Reveille Group. During her tenure at X Corp Solutions, she developed business processes and mechanisms for quality and outcome assessments to support the growth and execution of military transition programs. Jessica is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
While serving in the military Jessica held multiple leadership positions; her efforts focused on achieving operational efficiencies and pushing data driven organizational change. As a project manager for Digital Management, she streamlined performance reporting in support of key performance metrics. Prior to joining Reveille Group, she earned an outstanding performance award for her contributions to business process development, quality assurance, and outcome assessment mechanisms.
