Lori - Workforce Planning

Lori is a well-seasoned human capital subject matter expert, with over eight years of experience leading human resources and human capital projects for her federal agency clients. Throughout her career, Lori has helped countless customers establish new internal programs focused on learning and development, human resources, and manpower and organizational design. Lori works with clients to provide strategic insights and roadmaps, helping to prepare them for their future workforce needs during a time of reduced allocations of budget and resources.

Career Highlight(s): Prior to joining Reveille Group, Lori played an integral role in establishing internal learning and development programs for a new Department of Defense agency. Lori ultimately led successful efforts to inform agency leadership on the human capital investment following the agency’s restructuring.
