Mike - Data Analytics
Michael cultivated his passion and skills for leveraging data to positively impact organizations and generate unique insights while studying political science and foreign affairs. Michael continued his career leading data-driven projects for various non-profits, private sector organizations, and federal entities. Prior to joining Reveille Group, Michael managed the data department for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes program. He was responsible for reengineering the organization’s process of data collection, analysis, visualization, and utilization in order to optimize the non-profit’s resources.
At Hiring Our Heroes, Michael successfully transformed the registration process for hundreds of veterans hiring fairs by implementing a new registration platform that allowed for quicker and more accurate data. This new system also effectively reallocated resources, saving thousands of hours in data processing time, directly impacting Hiring Our Heroes’ mission of facilitating meaningful employment for all military veterans and spouses.

When not blending client data, Michael is updating his baseball data set or at Nationals Park cheering on the Nats and contemplating the extreme variability of bullpen performance.
