Thomas - HR / Data Analytics
Thomas has built his career on performing data analysis to drive business decision making. Prior to Reveille, he spent five years working at a leading executive search and assessment firm. While there, Thomas used data analytic techniques to inform and support firm leadership on topics related to compensation and employee/firm performance.
During his career as an analyst, Thomas built, designed, and revamped databases and reporting tools to deliver effective and timely Human Capital insights. Thomas was also responsible for the successful launch of a global compensation system that enabled senior leaders to recommend and approve salary increases and bonus amounts in a seamless and secure manner.
Masters of Business Administration from Marist College. Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
During his free time, Thomas can be found either exercising, walking his dog, or supporting the New York Jets.
