Business analyst supporting the SBA with analytical reports while maintaining data integrity.

What do you enjoy about working with Reveille?
I feel supported and am encouraged to grow professionally as well as pursue my hobbies out of work hours.

What do you enjoy most about working in consulting?
I really enjoy the problem-solving aspect that drives innovation.

What are you most proud of?
While in scouts I was able to reach the rank of Eagle scout. While that was quite a while ago, I learned valuable skills through that process that have helped me become the person I am today.

What is the most important things you've learned in the past five years?

Accepting and learning from failure. Over the past few years, I have taken up rock climbing and when pushing to the limit failure is almost guaranteed. Being able to accept and learn from mistakes allows for meaningful self-reflection that translates elsewhere in life besides the crag.
