What is your current role?
I am an analyst with the Small Business Administration. I serve as a liaison between the technical team and the client to ensure we provide the veteran community with Grade A entrepreneurial support.

What is your alma mater?
James Madison University, Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies with a concentration in Global Justice and Policy

What do you enjoy about working with Reveille?
I really enjoy knowing that I am not stuck in a specific set of standards and that I am able to utilize different skills sets in order to meet client needs. Consulting allows me to do meaningful work that is needed in the moment and requires flexibility to meet different goals.

What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my transition to my current position which occurred during the middle of global pandemic.

What is the most important things you've learned in the past five years?
I have learned that patience really is a virtue -- not just to be practiced with others, but more importantly with oneself. It's when we dedicate sufficient time to patience that I think we find ourselves and those around us making positive strides and advancements that I don't think would have otherwise been possible.
